Everyone has happiness, it is in everyone, it is inside, All that is needed is to be able to see and feel it, to be able to accept it and be able to give. It is all around, it is in us!
You can’t sell it, you can’t buy it, you can’t win the lottery, you can only grow it in yourself … Grow it from a pleasant word said to you; the occasional smile of a passer-by; from the call of an old friend from birdsong …
Happiness is always different, different for everyone, different in perception and in essence, but everyone equally wants to find it.
For example, women’s happiness snores on the next pillow. Waking up in the morning, kisses, whispers all sorts of nonsense in your ear, takes care of you. Brings daisies collected on the way home. Holds a hand. He does not refuse you anything, pampers and fulfills any desires. In the end, he just loves you.
Happiness is to give yourself to him, talk to him, just see him next to you, stroke your hair, and then fall asleep on his shoulder.
Happiness is just to look at each other and be silent. Make one wish for two, do not hide and do not hide your feelings …

All Weather Happiness:
• Happiness is to wake up from the bright sun, catch its rays on yourself, take all the warmth from it, and then give it to your loved ones. Listen to the birds singing and sing along with them …
• Happiness – to wake up in a thunderstorm. You can bury your head in pillows and blankets, listen to the whisper of rain, thunder and feel the fullness of happiness, comparing the crying of the earth outside the window and the warmth and comfort of your home …
• Happiness – wake up in the snow. Outside the window, everything is clean, white, silver, untouched. Yard boys and girls play snowballs and roll a snowman. They laugh, they are happy, and you are with them …
• Happiness – autumn leaf fall, embracing fog, inciting feelings of heat and pushing cold into each other’s arms.

Invisible Happiness:
• Happiness – love your home, love every corner of it. To love the curtains connected by the grandmother, mother’s service and father’s books. To love children’s toys scattered on the floor and violets on the windowsills …
• Happiness – to lie under a blanket to remember how your mother sang songs to you at night and read books as a child. Dad wrapped in a blanket and discreetly put sweets under the pillow …
• Happiness – to dream, build castles in the air, make the most unrealizable wishes and be sure to believe that they will come true.
• Take a hot shower, put on a warm bathrobe, take your favorite book, turn off your phone, pour green tea with honey and fly far, far into a fairy tale.
• Loving children, kissing their puffy hands, pampering them… giving them sweets and toys.

worldly happiness:
• Give gifts and help people
• Please your parents, call them, send them postcards and visit more often.
• Look at the fire in the fire and sing along with the guitar.
• Hold hands, walk, feed pigeons.
• Give yourself and ask for nothing in return.
• Have friends.
• Be able to laugh.

Happiness to live today, enjoy every minute and gratefully accept everything that life gives you. Even giving trouble, she gives us the strength to overcome them.
For happiness, it is necessary to love, to love without a trace and without end, to love and not expect anything in return.
To be able to live in such a way that later there is something to remember and something to convey. To live in such a way that it would not be excruciatingly painful for wasted years … And most importantly, do not regret anything !!!

Happiness is everything and nothing, it is around us and within us. Happiness is just a metaphor that defines only that a person knows that countless discoveries await him ahead, countless joys and disappointments. He understands that there is still so much unknown ahead, so much not done and so much not felt, and life is so short – and a happy person, turning back and looking around, smiles with a mysterious smile and moves on – to new achievements. Because happiness does not exist, there is a great mystery of life that must be tried to solve. And a truly happy person is the one who has found the answer – happiness – this is the moment in which we live.

Happiness is when you know that you have only one life, and that you can live it only once, this is when you enjoy every moment, because you know that it will never happen again.
Happiness is when you, looking back, realize that you would not like to change so much in your life.
Happiness is when you live, not live.
Happiness is when you love, this is when you receive love and affection, this is when you give love and affection.
Happiness is when you have not only you, but also others, this is when you can bring good not only to yourself, but also to others, this is the awareness of your involvement in something greater than your own ego.

[1000

post-25696","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-art-therapy
["GET
