Draw your ideas about the crisis in comic form. Create a comic of your crisis.<br \/>\n2. Imagine your own psychological crisis switch. Try to mold it from clay and put it into action.<br \/>\n3. Make your anti-crisis menu from creative ingredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; paint;<br \/>\n&#8211; embroider;<br \/>\n&#8211; create photos;<br \/>\n&#8211; rest, etc.<br \/>\n4. Draw crisis thoughts and decorate them with color: cheerful and joyful colors will help overcome crisis thinking.<br \/>\n5. Get treated for &#8220;spiritual viruses&#8221; &#8211; thoughts that prevent you from seeing new facets of life and forms of reality; it is they who manifest themselves in the form of a crisis.<br \/>\n6. Look around you. Create and try to perceive reality as an amazing kaleidoscope of events and discoveries, capture something interesting and exciting every day. Create a spread in your creative journal on the topic \u201cThe Day I Surprised Me.\u201d<br \/>\n7. &#8220;Don&#8217;t think about the white monkey.&#8221; Try to use creative methods to separate your thoughts about yourself and the thoughts that society imposes on you. Create a collage on the theme &#8220;Mine and not mine.&#8221;<br \/>\n8. \u201cThank God for everything!\u201d Regret, grumble, lose heart, despair &#8211; this is a consequence of obsessive thoughts, which kills trust both in oneself and in the world. Try to find the strength and every day create five images and symbols of gratitude for the day, week, month, year. I promise you will be surprised at what you get.<br \/>\n9. Idleness, self-pity, apathy, depression &#8211; a breeding ground for the cultivation and multiplication of obsessive thoughts. An excellent anti-crisis method in such states is creative activity. Create everything and everywhere, and the crisis will go into oblivion. Good luck!<br \/>\n10. Spare no love. Creativity is a form of love. By giving ourselves the opportunity to create, we germinate the seeds of love both for ourselves and for the world. Everyone knows the fact that love itself is healing. So why not use this strong feeling for anti-crisis self-therapy?
