Maybe it will be like the weather, or like a landscape, or it will be an abstract drawing. Draw the image to the end &#8211; so that it fully reflects your state.<\/p>\n<p>  Describe your mood in words &#8211; what is it like? Children can be asked leading questions: sad or funny? What is it from? Is it an expectation of something or about past events? What mood would you like?<\/p>\n<p>  Now modify this drawing to represent the mood you want for yourself. It is this drawing that needs to be changed, no need to draw a new one. You can add new details or draw it completely, rotate the sheet and see a different picture from a new angle. You can cut and re-glue the parts in a different order, change your mood in any way!
