Much of the trouble around the world stems from the fact that people do not clearly understand their goals. When they start building a building, they put too little effort into the foundation to support the tower.
Johann Wolfgang Goethe
You can easily live without specific goals, tangible, achievable, but often just not interesting. Achieving goals is a satisfaction that is comparable to addiction. The process of achieving goals is like running with obstacles, and the faster we run, the less time we have to think: have we overcome the obstacle, how it looks on the left, right, top, bottom. Less time is left for useless analysis. Even if he fell, got up and ran again. But the problem is where to get the strength to overcome the obstacle, how to believe that everything can be safely resolved. Here it is important to take the advice of a friend, the recommendations of a coach or inspire yourself – you just need to gather strength for a new stage.
After an unproductive, useless struggle, you often want to drop everything, lie low and hide from your desires and goals, which will guide and help you overcome the problem while achieving your goals. So try to achieve goals that are only important to you, without directing your strength to strangers. It is important for yourself to create a certain algorithm for achieving the goal. Let’s analyze its main aspects.
Don’t force yourself. Change the wording of the goal: I don’t have to do it, but I want to, I don’t have to, but I can. Focus on easy, harmonious, inspired achievement of the goal, which will be a natural process for you.
Imagine and visualize all the details of the goal. Imagine: how your life has changed after achieving the goal, what do you have to achieve it. Everything should be in color, in forms, in emotions, in space and time. Make a visualization map.
Look for a muse to achieve goals. It can be people who will activate you, images, ideas, memories. Let your resource give the strength that you need. Make or purchase a target symbol. Let the thing be constantly in sight as a dope, as an important energy resource.
Do not lose sight of the main time stages of achieving goals, clearly and confidently calculate the phasing: what and when, after which and why you need to do it. Such temporal control makes it possible to self-organize and self-actualize.
Get ready for a marathon: big goals are not achieved immediately, you can’t build a house right away, you won’t give birth to a child right away. And if you buy a house right away, where is the guarantee that the roof will not leak after the rain.
Work on achieving the goal every day, if it is not possible to actively act, then it is necessary to analyze the strong and weak factors for achieving it, look for non-standard solutions to get out of the situation. If something is missing, then it is simply not needed.
Work on yourself, take care of your health, if suddenly it is lost, goals change dramatically. I just don’t want anything physically.
Learn to develop a creative approach to business, goals, desires. Shape your uniqueness in achieving goals.
Model living standards. Be willing to accept the results of achieving goals. If you want a fancy car, first buy a good garage near the house.
Take responsibility for achieving your goals. If responsibility is shifted and there is no need to control, then most likely this is either not the goal, or not your goal.

 Nazarevich Victoria ©

I respect people who know exactly what they want.
