It is resourceful, like all mandalas, and you can use it to restore your strength.<\/p>\n<p>Materials:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; glue, natural materials: cones, herbarium, shells, spices, dried orange \/ lemon slices, twigs and pebbles.<br \/>\nA4 sheet of cardboard, you can use a wooden base, a plate that fits the base or a compass.<\/p>\n<p>Description:<\/p>\n<p>1. Remember or think of a place in nature where you felt the best, where you had a state of flow, where you felt comfortable and cozy.<br \/>\nIf necessary, turn on the appropriate sounds of nature.<\/p>\n<p>2. Lay out a mandala from the available natural materials. Try to convey the desired state with the composition.<br \/>\nYou can do this on a cardboard \/ wooden or other base by gluing the parts onto it.<\/p>\n<p>3. Focus on the process. Feel the energy, put it into your mandala.<\/p>\n<p>4. The mandala is ready only when you yourself feel that it is ready.<\/p>\n<p>5.
