In winter, we lack color and sunlight. It is in the power of art therapy to fill this gap.
\nWith children – through drawing, modeling, working with wool! Through warm colors and warm materials we strengthen and activate energy centers.<\/p>\n
Art therapy is an opportunity for a person to express emotions through paint, color, when, under the guidance of not only an artist, but also a psychologist \/ art therapist, one can work out the problem situations that have arisen. For example, aggression or depression, setting the boundaries of behavior, or vice versa going beyond – through creativity.<\/p>\n
It is very useful in the morning, every day and especially in winter, to arrange “color exercises”, draw a rainbow with your child or simply paint a sheet with all the colors along the spectrum – from red bottom to purple top.<\/p>\n
In this case, at first the child will give his answer to the task \u201ccolor the sheet with all the colors in random order\u201d and then it is useful to color the new sheet again, already in the \u201ccorrect\u201d rainbow order.<\/p>\n
Moreover, if any color was missing in the first drawing, it is possible to \u201cnourish\u201d the child with this color in subsequent versions of the drawing, offering to draw more actively with them.<\/p>\n
Very positive in winter is the use of orange, red – both in creativity and in clothes. They warm, charge with optimism, tune in to creativity and joy.
\nWhat can you draw? Everyone!<\/p>\n

And from materials – not only paints! .. A whole \u201cfabulous\u201d palette: autumn leaves, crayons, pencils and plasticine, grains, herbs, napkins, strings.
\nTry painting with wool! This is a very winter art therapy, which, in addition to color, gives real warmth of natural material – sheep wool and a lot of positive tactile sensations, and also develops fine motor skills, i.e. has a positive effect on the child’s brain.<\/p>\n
