A little starting to expand the theme of artbooking<\/strong> in psychology with creativity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here are a few well-known classifications of art journaling in working with a client, each of them can provide an opportunity for self-realization in the process of fixing one’s ideas and an organized environment for creative self-expression. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Psybook<\/strong> is the creation of a book for psychological stabilization or self-psychotherapy.<\/p>\n

Artpsybook<\/strong> is a book where we collect our drawings in the process of psychological drawing.<\/p>\n

Fazabook<\/strong> is a special creative notebook or book for living or passing through a stage of life, in order to record events and impressions. For example, living through periods of pregnancy by a woman<\/p>\n

An artbook<\/strong> is a whole notebook of drawings. You can also write something in this notebook, but the text should refer to the drawings. In fact, this is a book with your own hands.<\/p>\n

A sketchbook<\/strong> is an album or notebook with sketches of drawings. Here you are sitting in line at the clinic, and the idea came to your mind how to draw a car, you take out your notebook and try to draw a mental image. In simple terms, this is an artist’s diary.<\/p>\n

A personal diary (PD)<\/strong> is a notebook or notebook in which you write down things that you cannot even tell your friends. Any experiences, secrets, completely personal stories. A personal diary is the secret of your life.<\/p>\n

A memory book<\/strong> is a book of memories created by oneself. In order to preserve memories of someone or about life events.<\/p>\n

A friendbook<\/strong> is a book where significant contacts are recorded and people exchange friendly wishes or drawings to preserve the memory of significant events living together. For example, a friendbook of school friends.<\/p>\n
