Previously, it seemed like a disaster when a person could not say what he would do in a year, but now the answer \u201cwe&#8217;ll see how it will be\u201d is increasingly becoming the norm.  <\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">And worst of all, it&#8217;s good. When we know and understand everything, we kind of have everything under \u201ccontrol\u201d, all the variables of reality are taken into account &#8211; this is an illusion, and it is utopian for the future. If this is so, then we are following the old program of experience, in which there is no place for really new possibilities. And as a result, growth and improvement. Personal resistance to change is our reflex function, which originates in the adaptive mechanisms of our body as a means of survival. And if this is not trained and used, then the end of personal evolution will come.  <\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u201cTherefore, the scarier, the cooler,\u201d our reality says. The more you try, the more you explore, the more you learn.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">But the level of anxiety about uncertainty can often interfere with the production of positive potential for survival: joy, pleasure, interest, impressions. This is where art therapy comes in.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Often, when I sit in front of a white sheet and think about what to draw, I have exactly the same state as uncertainty about the future, and I repeatedly see the same thing in others. Art therapists call this \u201cfear of a white sheet.\u201d After all, you can make a mistake, do it wrong or ugly and get a lot of social condemnation, primarily from yourself.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">But making the choice of color and the first stroke, plucking up the courage to even ruin the sheet, you get the image.
