Here are just a few clues.  <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Destroying a swallow&#8217;s nest is a sin. &#8220;Lastivka zib&#8217;esh &#8211; you won&#8217;t live long,&#8221; they say in Ukraine. You can\u2019t grab a swallow &#8211; it will flood with blood. If the swallow left its nest, the owner of the hut and his whole family may die.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Therefore, in Ukraine they love swallows, they keep nests from destruction. In Ukraine, when they saw her for the first time in the spring, they threw earth at her, saying: \u201cOn you, lastivko, on the nest!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ukrainian peasants considered it a good omen when swallows nested on the estate. According to popular belief, where they build nests, there will be happiness.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Why don&#8217;t we use this symbol for transition and as a means of self-regulation.  <\/em><br \/>\n<em>When there is no strength to believe that everything will change and there will be better times &#8211; just draw swallows, make collages with the image of this bird, paint.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The very symbol of the transition will set the psyche for the best.
