So why is it hard for us to think right about our desired future? What hinders and what will help?

I propose to answer this rhetorical question with a drawing from the depths of my unconscious.

As an option, I want to offer an image for thoughts and drawing – a happy portal of the future. To realize the image, it is enough to calm your body and mind and just start drawing a symbolic entrance to your happy future.

The image format can be any, let your imagination generate the desired image. Any portal that is imagined is right for Us.
Well, after the diagram, answer your questions:

1. Who opened the portal?
2. How to get through it?
3. What will you take with you?
4. What should be left in the past?
5. Who do you want to be your future companions?
6. And why is he happy?
7. What are your most important qualities there?

This is a great image for introspection and a better understanding of your potentials and prospects.

If you didn’t like something in the drawing, just redraw your portal and make it truly happy!

May grace-filled thoughts be with us, which will become the basis of a happy future.

@ Victoria Nazarevich 2020

[1658
1650,1689,1653,1782,1781,1783,1670,1652,1784,1681,1686,1677
post-25229","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-psychologist-s-advice","tag-art-therapist-en","tag-art-therapy-en-2","tag-creation","tag-future","tag-happiness","tag-happy-en","tag-nazarevich-art-en","tag-nazarevich-victoria","tag-path","tag-psychological-exercises","tag-psychological-techniques","tag-psychologists-advice
["GET
