The questions “how to be”, “what will happen” are increasingly heard during consultations.

And if we can find answers to many of them, then some lead us to a dead end and lead us into a panic. So, now I’m talking about this panic, when our experience does not have an answer to an internal question. That’s when organized shading comes to our aid.

This simple scheme of self-organization forms a spontaneous system of visual image in order to fill the emptiness of the sheet.

So what to do?

We take a square from paper and divide it into such a number of squares that it seems to you that this is correct. And then we try to shade each square in a different way so that they differ from each other.

And watch how your condition changes. So we seem to take control of our chaos and make a visual creative system on a sheet.

I know for sure when you finish, there will be a smile on your face, and peace in your soul, as you have overcome this state of panic from internal chaos.

Which means we did it!
