The garden symbolizes the best country, the haven of souls.
The garden is a symbol of the soul and the properties cultivated in it, as well as a tamed and ordered nature. Enclosed gardens embody the feminine, protective principle and signify virginity. Christians have a fenced garden – a symbol of the Virgin Mary. In the Hermetic tradition, the Lord is the Gardener of Life, who grows the garden so that the fruits of new life may blossom; He is the Logos.

This is only a small part of the symbolic meanings; therefore, like any other symbol, the image of a garden can be used for self-regulation. This is a soft and powerful image that, like a matrix, changes our state.

And here is how I propose to work with this motive, when life situations are irritating and destabilizing so that it is difficult to find inner peace.
To do this, take a sheet of paper and draw a mini-garden. It can be anything: water garden, fruit or even stone. And let with every element that fills the garden, you will be able to immerse yourself in peace and inner balance.
When you have finished drawing, fantasize:

1. Where are you in this garden?
2. How do you like it there?
3. What needs to be added?
4. Take an imaginary walk in the garden.
And let your harmony return to your thoughts and body! Happy walking!

@ Victoria Nazarevich 2020

[1000
1650,1770,1653,1670,1681,1686,1677
post-25214","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-art-therapy","tag-art-therapist-en","tag-art-therapy-programs-en","tag-creation","tag-nazarevich-art-en","tag-psychological-exercises","tag-psychological-techniques","tag-psychologists-advice
["GET
