And the technique will be simple, as from childhood. In art therapy, we call this type of technique reflexive. They seem to give you the opportunity to adjust yourself to the desired state through the process.

Let’s start to understand.
If we are overtaken by a state of imbalance, an imbalance of thoughts and feelings, a discrepancy between opportunities and desires, asymmetry of deeds and time for them, uneven distribution of roles and responsibilities, uneven relationships and energy spent on them, it makes sense to draw circles.

They may be jittery and crooked at first, but try to draw them calm and even. And you will not even notice how in this process all internal structures become organized and calm.
Then move the drawing away from you and do with it what you want.

You can throw it away and thank yourself for the work done, or you can decorate or shade them. It is important to simply hear yourself in your desires.
That’s actually all!
Simple – but very effective!

@ Victoria Nazarevich 2020

[1000
1650,1653,1670,1652,1681,1686,1677
post-25212","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-art-therapy","tag-art-therapist-en","tag-creation","tag-nazarevich-art-en","tag-nazarevich-victoria","tag-psychological-exercises","tag-psychological-techniques","tag-psychologists-advice
["GET
