Let it just stand in the winter, and in the spring it will melt, and, turning into a spring drop, it will become the energy for the growth of a new and powerful one.

As soon as your imagination helped to build such a helping image, with gratitude to yourself, sketch this image on a piece of paper, and let this symbolic snowman help you get through a difficult period of life.

Of course, you can ask yourself, looking at the picture:
1. How long will the snowman stay?
2. Who can help?
3. Where will this frozen energy go?

Such a simple game of imagination and fixation of the image in the drawing guarantees us a calm metaphorical dialogue with ourselves, providing the right not to rush, but to give ourselves the opportunity to survive the difficulties.

Don’t rush, everything has its time! And yes, everything will pass – this too will pass.

@ Victoria Nazarevich 2020

More techniques for self-regulation in the book “I am art”

http://nazarevich-art.com/product/kniga-ya-art-posobie-po-samoregulyatsii-metodami-artterapii/

[1000
1650,1689,1671,1653,1670,1652,1681,1686,1677,1687
post-25206","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-art-therapy","tag-art-therapist-en","tag-art-therapy-en-2","tag-art-therapy-jobs-en","tag-creation","tag-nazarevich-art-en","tag-nazarevich-victoria","tag-psychological-exercises","tag-psychological-techniques","tag-psychologists-advice","tag-what-is-art-en
["GET
