In other words, prepare yourself. And here I want to offer another metaphor in order to understand my readiness to cope.<\/p>\n<p>Choose a task that is relevant to you (well, or, if you want, call it a problem) and imagine it as a wave.<\/p>\n<p>And here is the most interesting thing.<br \/>\nThese are questions that should be answered as honestly as possible in order to understand:<br \/>\n1. What is this wave?<br \/>\n2. Where did she come from?<br \/>\n3. How strong is she?<br \/>\n4. How can I interact with her?<br \/>\n5. How can she threaten me?<br \/>\nWrite down the answers, and then try to draw your story on a piece of paper.
