Therefore, of course, art therapy also has methods that will provide this process with adequate forms of stabilization.<\/p>\n<p>Any states that we cannot differentiate within us are, of course, some kind of energy that cannot be found, for a certain number of reasons, a structured exit into the space of reality. The more complex this process, the fewer effective methods of introducing psychological assistance.<\/p>\n<p>I want to invite you to color experiments that restore balance and control. This method is based on my favorite scribbles of Donald Woods Winnicott, a British pediatrician and child psychoanalyst. Thus, the \u201cColor in Lace\u201d technique allows you to get rid of tension and take it under conditional control, switch it with the help of sensorimotor activity.<br \/>\nThe technique is recommended from 4 years:<br \/>\n\u2043 hyperactive children;<br \/>\n\u2043 with neurotic symptoms of various forms of manifestation;<br \/>\n\u2043 for compulsive behavioral symptoms.<br \/>\nNecessary materials:<br \/>\n\u2043 watercolor paper;<br \/>\n\u2043 watercolor paint;<br \/>\n\u2043 markers.<\/p>\n<p>The client is asked to choose several colors that stabilize his condition, and apply pre-moistened paper in a chaotic manner so that they like to be combined on paper. Let dry or speed up this process with a hair dryer and circle the joints of the color combination with markers, you can use various colors, especially marker pens, gold or silver paint.<\/p>\n<p>The resulting patterned effect after produces creates a well-organized space, the moment the stroke returns control.<\/p>\n<p>After the creative process, you can ask:<br \/>\n1. What did you especially like?<br \/>\n2. What was valuable in the process?<br \/>\n3. What changes would you like to make?<br \/>\n4. What thoughts and feelings arise?<\/p>\n<p>Great exercise for group work.<br \/>\nCan be recommended for decorating artbooks and fairy tales, collages and card making.
