He did not want to eat and play, he only cried his hedgehog tears.

So several days passed. Somehow a small sunbeam, looking into the hole of the Hedgehog, called him. Thorn woke up from longing and went out to bask in the sun.

Then he saw how a wild strawberry leaf was waving to him to treat him with a delicious berry, and a butterfly was inviting him to circle around together.

The Hedgehog began to remember that other Hedgehog, but not with sadness, but with joy – how they ran across the lawn and ate delicious strawberries. Thorn smiled again at the fond memories.

In life, everything ends, but it’s good that she was!

Questions for analysis:
1. Do you know what it is to lose heart?
2. Have you ever been bored?
3. How did you miss?
4. What helped (will help) you not to lose heart?

Creative task:

1. Draw a sad Hedgehog or something sad.
3. Try to do something to make it easier.
4. Draw the ladybug, strawberry and butterfly that brought the Hedgehog back to life from the grief of loss.

©️Victoria Nazarevich 2022.
