This is a sign that we are able to withstand it.<\/p>\n<p>Each shock state has its own phases and features:<\/p>\n<p>Day 1-5: Shock, panic, chaos.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udd98 Emotional and psychosomatic response.<br \/>\nCharacteristic: a large load on the body, react, cry, scream, call for help, defend, maintain the ability to at least understand something.<\/p>\n<p>Day 5-12: search for an optimization system<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udd98 Characterized by primary integration. Analysis of resources, understanding of the situation, determination of one&#8217;s own positions, compromise with the situation in oneself.<br \/>\nReliance on information, rational control of information, production of information, mental processing.<\/p>\n<p>12-21 days: the formation of a new structure of life<br \/>\nIt is characterized by a complete rethinking of values, the establishment of new meanings, the development of behavioral strategies.<br \/>\nSupport for the formation of new habits, repetitive actions, communities of support.<\/p>\n<p>And then everything. You have removed the old mechanisms of life from your arsenal and created new adaptive conditions of inner reality.<\/p>\n<p>Everything will end! We can handle everything! Ukraine has become the first country in the world to pay with its life &#8211; human freedom! This is the creation of a matrix of freedom for all generations after us!
